When you have an infection or disease, the immune system cells detect specific unknown cells. So they will send “bodyguards” to attack these unknown cells.

This attack will cause a lot of damage to the area concerned, and the consequence will be inflammation of the site.

Inflammation is the body’s response to the threat. You feel one or more pains, and you are tired, you have a rash and more.

When the threat is gone, the fight is over. There is no more inflammation.

But when you still have pain somewhere, it is called chronic pain: “chronic means lasting longer than normal”.

In this case, the battle is still on, and you need to understand why by finding the source of your problem and adapting your eating plan to improve your health and reduce your chronic pain. On the internet, you can find a lot of information about healing food and curing certain foods. However, I advise you to be accompanied by a health professional and to inform your GP. Indeed, food can help you, but it can also harm you by causing interactions with your medication. Thus, it can be hazardous for your health.

How food can impact my chronic pain?

In your gut are 70% of your immune system and a trillion of bacteria.

This inner world is a protective barrier that filters elements entering your bloodstream and prevents toxic elements from crossing the border.

Poor nutrition alters this protective barrier, allowing toxic elements to enter the bloodstream. These toxic elements accumulate in various organs and cause or worsen illnesses or pain in the long run.

Using food as your first medicine will strengthen your defence system and develop a healthy bacterial population. Your body will feel more assertive, which can help you reduce the use of painkillers, which in the long run are also very harmful to your health.

Adman Relief is a weekly 1:1 coaching where I analyse you in-depth to find the origin of your problem and create a food plan adapted to your symptoms, daily life, and constraints. In this way, we will strengthen your body and improve your health by using the power of food.

Specializing in nutritional education, I will give you all the keys to understanding nutrition and putting it into practice in your life forever.

After seven years of research, I want to explain to you how complex your body is. Today, I have the advantage of understanding it better and better thanks to my clinical experiences during my studies and my current clients.
