How does the coaching work?

Weekly, I will guide you towards a food plan that will strengthen your body. Then, we will analyse your body’s reactions and symptoms and adapt the food plan. This way, you will know how to adjust your diet to your physical preparation healthily and sustainably.

Each week you will have:

  • A weekly consultation
  • Tailor-made menu for seven days.

So you don’t have to think about what to do. I will give you all the resources you need to transform your diet to suit your life and goal.

Don’t worry. I regularly keep up to date with the foods available in different countries. It will allow you to take advantage of the rich foods beneficial for you in the countries you’re visiting.
