Together, we will consider your whole being as I would like someone to take time for me. We will undertake appropriate nutritional education based on your level of knowledge. As a result, you will know the right eating plan to achieve long-term change and protect your health for the rest of your life.

- There are a thousand reasons to feel bad about yourself or have a food or other addiction. It can be due to hormonal imbalance, nutritional deficiencies, mental health, etc. That’s why we have to find the root of your problem to solve it.
- A low-calorie diet may put off your problem in the short term for a weight loss problem and worsen your physical and mental health over the years.
- You need to find a way to restore your body internally and welcome it as your best friend in all circumstances, as it is your only armour in this life.

How does the program work?
During 12 weeks, I will guide you towards these three objectives:
- Find the foods that affect your body to learn how to regulate their consumption.
- Set up a rhythm that suits your body and your daily life to change your habits easily.
- Eat the foods that will strengthen your body and your health to get better without frustration.
Each week you’ll receive resources and follow-up from me, along with a seven-day menu. You don’t have to think about what to do. Everything will be given to you and tailored to your needs.
After seven years of research, I want to explain to you how complex your body is. Today, I have the advantage of understanding it better and better thanks to my clinical experiences during my studies and my current clients. Scientists have understood that the gut is the seat of our immune system and that a poor diet has an impact not only on our weight but also on our overall health. Indeed, your emotions are also closely linked to what you eat. It is how I came to understand that my role is not to teach you how to lose weight but to use the power of food to achieve your goal healthily.
